Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Use shall apply to all relationships between users and the use of the Service.

In addition to the Terms of Use, the Service Operator may establish various rules and regulations regarding the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Regulations"). In addition to the Terms of Use, the Service Operator may also establish rules for the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Rules"). Regardless of the name of these Individual Regulations, they shall constitute a part of these Terms of Use.

In the event that any provision of this Agreement conflicts with any of the Individual Regulations set forth in the preceding Article, the provisions of the Individual Regulations shall take precedence unless otherwise specifically provided for in the Individual Regulations.

Article 2 (Fees and Method of Payment)

Users may purchase paid features of the Service through the App Store or Google Play. Prices and other purchase terms are displayed on the applicable store's purchase screen.

The yearly subscription renews automatically unless canceled through the applicable store. Cancellation timing and access after cancellation are governed by the store's procedures. Uninstalling the app or resetting its data does not cancel the subscription.

The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that provides access to paid features while the Service remains available and does not renew automatically.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the terms and procedures of the applicable store.

The Service Operator may change prices or plans. In that case, the Service Operator will provide reasonable advance notice of the change and its effective date on the applicable store's purchase screen, in the app, or on the Service's public pages.

Article 3 (Prohibited Matters)

In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts

• Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Unauthorized access, interference with the operation of the Service, or use of the Service for any other improper purpose or by improper means
• Analyzing or reverse-engineering the Service, or improperly obtaining information from the Service
• Infringing the intellectual property rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of the Service Operator or any third party
• Sending feedback that violates laws or infringes the rights of any third party

Article 4 (Suspension of the Service, etc.)

The Service Operator may suspend or discontinue provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the user for any of the following reasons

The Service Operator shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this Service.

• (i) When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system related to the Service.
• When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
• When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident.
• In addition, when the Service Operator judges that the provision of the Service is difficult.

Article 5 (Copyright)

Copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights related to the application belong to the operator of this service.

The Service may not be edited, reproduced, reprinted, publicly transmitted, modified, adapted, redistributed, or otherwise used without the consent of the copyright holder.

The Service Operator may use feedback submitted by users through the Service only to the extent necessary to improve the Service and respond to inquiries. Rights in the feedback remain with the user or other lawful rights holder.

Article 6 (Restriction of Use and Suspension of Service)

If a user falls under any of the following, the Service Operator may restrict the user's use of all or part of the Service or suspend provision of the Service without prior notice.

The Service Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of actions taken by the Service Operator in accordance with this Article.

• If a user violates any of the provisions of these Terms of Use
• If a user engages in any act prohibited under the preceding Article

Article 7 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability)

The Service Operator shall not be liable for any factual or legal defects in the Service (including but not limited to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security or other defects, errors or bugs, infringement of rights, etc.) even if the Service Operator expressly or implicitly denies such defects. The Service Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Service is free from defects (including, but not limited to, defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors or bugs, and infringement of rights).

The Service Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the Service. However, the Service Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Service if the contract between the Service Operator and the user (including these Terms of Use) is a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act. However, this disclaimer does not apply when the contract between the Service Operator and a user regarding the Service (including this Agreement) is a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act.

Even in the case of the proviso of the preceding paragraph, the Service Operator shall not be liable for any default or tortious act by the negligence (excluding gross negligence) of the Service Operator. Even in the case of the proviso of the preceding paragraph, the Service Operator shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances (including cases where the Service Operator or user foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of damages) among damages incurred by the user due to default or tort by the negligence (excluding gross negligence) of the Service Operator. The Service Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising out of special circumstances (including cases where the Service Operator or user foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of damages).

Article 8 (Change of Service Contents, etc.)

The Service Operator may change the contents of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result thereof.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Service Operator shall handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the Service Operator's Privacy Policy of the Service Operator.

Article 10 (Notification or Communication)

The Service Operator will notify users through the app, a notice displayed on the App Store or Google Play, the Service's public pages, or another method the Service Operator considers appropriate. Users shall contact the Service Operator through the inquiry form below.

Article 11 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)

The User may not assign his/her position in the Service Agreement or rights or obligations under the Terms of Use to a third party or offer them as security without the prior written consent of the Service Operator.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Service Operator's administrative office.

Article 13 (Miscellaneous)

1. This Agreement is written in Japanese. In the event of any discrepancy between the translated version and the Japanese version of this Agreement, the Japanese version shall prevail.
2. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Services and supersedes any prior agreements.
3. If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
4. Failure of the Service Operator to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver thereof.
5. A user may not transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms to another party without the consent of the Service Operator.
6. The Service Operator may assign all of its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a transfer of business or other business succession, or as otherwise provided by law.
7. Nothing herein shall prevent the Service Operator from complying with the law.
